Education & Youth

We help young people learn, thrive, and shape their futures.

Many children and young people in Africa struggle to get good education, learn skills, and find decent jobs. Poverty, disability, displacement, and lack of support make it even harder for them to access learning and work opportunities.

Without inclusive education systems, inequality persists across generations.

When children can’t get good education and young people can’t find real opportunities, exclusion grows. In Nigeria, we make education more inclusive and connect young people to real pathways into work, leadership, and contribution.

Our focus is on the children and young people who are too often left out, ensuring they move from learning to earning, leading, and shaping the futures they choose.

What inclusive education looks like in practice.

In classrooms across Nigeria, children once labelled as slow, lazy, or stubborn are being seen, supported, and given the tools to thrive.

Our Five Focus Areas

Inclusive Education

We work to ensure children with disabilities, learning differences, and developmental delays get equitable access to learning. Through advocacy, evidence-based early identification, individualized learning plans, teacher development and inclusive classroom practice, no child is labelled before they are understood.

Foundational Learning

Reading and numeracy are the foundations of every other learning outcome. We invest in early literacy, numeracy, and the teacher capacity to deliver them, especially in underserved rural communities where the gap is widest.

Skill & Employability

Education alone is not enough. Young people need clear pathways from learning into earning. We invest in skills development, leadership training, and youth employability initiatives that connect education to economic opportunity.

Youth Wellbeing

Learning outcomes depend on mental health. We support the wellbeing of children and young people through digital platforms, school-based programming, and community spaces that make space for emotional development alongside academic growth.

Education Technology

We build ethical AI and digital tools that help teachers, schools, and education systems deliver inclusive, personalized learning. Technology is the infrastructure that makes deeper inclusion possible at scale.

The work in motion.

Inclusive classrooms, foundational reading, skills training, mental health support, and education technology, built every day with Nigerian children, teachers, and young people.

No child labelled before they are understood.

Education systems often fail the children who need them most: those with disabilities, learning differences, or limited access to opportunity. Our work begins with the conviction that every child deserves to be seen for who they are and equipped with what they need.
