Noel is a community organizer, educator, and Founder of The People’s Project for Social and Climate Justice (TPP), an organization advancing work across climate and environmental justice, responsible technology, democratic participation, gender equality, and inclusive development.
With over a decade of experience in social impact and nonprofit leadership, Noel is committed to building institutions that strengthen community voice, public accountability, and opportunities for young people to participate in shaping Nigeria’s future. His work reflects a belief that lasting development must be rooted in dignity, inclusion, and the agency of the people and communities it seeks to serve.
